Matthew founded First
Class Vending, Inc. in
March of 1994.

Angeles, First Class

clients in Los Angeles,
Orange, Riverside, San
Bernardino, Ventura and
San Diego counties.
Through
hard work and quality
service standards, First

grown from a one route

Matthew’s leadership and
commitment to quality customer service has gained
accolades from the vending industry and
its customers. In 2000, First Class
Vending, Inc. received NAMA's "Golden
Coin Operator Of The Year." This is one
of the most prestigious awards in the
vending industry worldwide. Matthew also
received the 2003 Automatic Merchandiser
Readers' Choice - Vending Operator Of
The Year. |

Matthew currently serves as Vice
President of the Los Angeles City
College Foundation, has a position on
the Los Angeles City College
Presidential Advisory Committee, serves
as a board member of Los Angeles Pierce
College and Better Vendors Association,
and is an active member of YPO - San
Fernando Valley Chapter. |

Matthew C. Marsh graduated from San
Diego State University in 1994 with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Arts
and Sciences, Speech Communication. |

Ryan Marsh
graduated from Brandeis
University with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Economics. Ryan
began his career at First Class
Vending as Operations Manager
and later became a partner in
the Company.
Mr. Marsh's role at First Class
Vending has been an integral
part of the Company’s growth and
success. |

Stephen Foilte
has been associated with the
vending machine industry for
more than 20 years working in
numerous management capacities
including, Route Operations
management, Sales and Marketing,
administration management, as
well attaining the level of
Executive Vice President, Chief
Operating Officer at R.J
Bradberry Company.
First Class Vending acquired the
Bradberry organization in August
of 2003.
Mr. Foitle's account management
experience includes serving as
chief project manager and client
liaison for several major
airlines, hospitals, theme
parks, aerospace and government
agency clients. |

Mr. Foitle graduated from the
University of Southern
California in 1973, and has held
a variety of positions in the
retail and service industries.
He previously served as Public
Relations Manager for Yamaha
Motor Company, Managing Director
of Orange County Illustrated
Publications, Associate
Publisher Newport Ensign
Newspaper and has owned his own
business for a number of years. |

Brian Levy
graduated from California State
University, Northridge in 1995
with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Communications.
After several years in Graphic
Design project management, Mr.
Levy joined First Class Vending
in 2003. Brian oversees all of
the corporate administration as
well as well as many operation
management tasks within the
First Class Vending
organization. |

Miguel Calderon
is our "Most Valuable Player."
Miguel is one of our All Stars
and comes through for our
customers and our organization
each and every day.
For the past 15 years, he has
worked very hard in the vending
industry to excel in his
personal career and to ensure
"First Class" service to all of
his accounts. We are very lucky
to have him on our team. |

Martin Vargas,
born in 1950, in Los Angeles,
California (a true Angelino) was
raised in the Boyle Heights area
and attended Theodore Roosevelt
High School, and received an
Associate Arts degree from Los
Angeles Trade Technical College.
After completing his education,
Martin set his roots at Los
Angeles Pierce College where he
served as Senior Food Service
manager for 27 years.
Mr. Vargas made the switch to
the vending industry in 2003,
and has been providing First
Class Vending, Inc. customers
with excellent service for
almost three years. His
knowledge and experience in the
higher education setting is
second-to-none. |

Martin has served as President
of the Latino Parents
Association at USC and
participates in Community Events
and Fund Raisers in El Monte,
California where his lives with
his wife of 32 years. |

Charlie Ellis
brings more than 40 years
experience in the vending
industry to First Class Vending,
Inc. Charlie began his career
working for his father’s vending
company in 1965.
Mr. Ellis has built and managed
some of the largest vending
programs in the Southern
California region. His knowledge
of the vending industry and
Southern California market, as
well as his experience servicing
many customers, are invaluable
assets to the First Class
Vending team. |

Merika Pilato
joined the First Class Vending
team shortly after moving to Los
Angeles from Seattle, Washington
in 2002. After completing her
education, Ms. Pilato began her
career in accounting 14 years
ago.
As Senior Accounting Manager,
Ms. Pilato oversees the entire
accounting department at our
company. |

Veronica
Fletcher is our Dispatch
Manager. Overseeing all inbound
service calls, Veronica works
closely with all of our
mechanics and route drivers to
ensure the best personal service
for all of our customers.
Veronica has been with First
Class Vending for three years
and has been in the vending
industry for over six years. |
